Starting to wonder if this is a trolling job. Off the top of my head Rome, McMillan, and Bernard were all 4 star recruits, just like Troy Franklin. I don’t think Oregon has started a QB they recruited out of high school since Herbert. But they pay a lot of money for 17 year olds who were 7 on 7 all stars. They’re doing it the right way.
 
Yeah Oregon didn't win the Lottery with a quarterback that put it all together his last two years.

Didn't get lucky with the coordinator head coach hire which fails miserably half of the time.

Didn't get lucky with a RB from Western Kentucky being one of the best skill players in the conference.

Didn't get lucky with scheduling where UW would effectively eliminate a team from conference contention and then Oregon gets them mailing it in at Autzen.

Didn't get lucky with a future NFL HOF quarterback growing up in their little town..

Reddit might be worse. I’m currently on a time out from the huskies sub for making a comment on the ducks sub about the high likelihood of 40% of their current “greatest class ever” portalling next year.

I may have also said something about them being aroused by teen boys. Nevertheless, all fans of all teams are dumb fucks.
