No. 1- Dylan Morris, Graham (Wash.) Kapowsin. Committed to Washington - The Husky commit tied for the most points on the day. He was efficient, accurate and he always throws on balance. He always looks like he had such command of what he's doing. Morris could be the most accurate quarterback in this event.

My biggest criticism of Browning and biggest fear going into this year is that he doesn't often give his receivers a chance to make plays. If Morris has that arm strength, it opens up the ability to try to throw guys open because his ball placement can be in positions where it's either his guy gets it or not. When you look at the elite NFL QBs, one of the fundamental attributes that they tend to have is that they are able to throw a high percentage of balls in spots where it's either his guy gets it or it is incomplete.

I didn't see anything at all mentioned about him during the camp. A kid from Eugene, however, did have a standout day one of the days. It will be fun to see Hugh's reaction when Oregon takes a commitment from that kid.
