It's a pretty good trick anyway, smuggle somebody illegally out of the country and then charge same, after he was imprisoned, with the charge of smuggling illegally into a country. It's a great example of the lunacy infecting the Trump administration.

Yes, the actual illegal smuggling was by the Trump administration. It's not contentious. The records show the transport planes took off after the judge told them not to, and if in the air to turn around.

The main problem with you idiots is that you can't see the serious problem in the US government violating a judge's orders and deporting a person to a prison camp in a foreign country. If you ever could actually grasp how serious that is you'd get somewhere. But you'd need a mind for that. And then secondly, you can't understand far enough to see the government committed the very type of crime already that they charged this guy with: illegal smuggling of people.
