I think I know what he means. Women with long torso and short legs tend to have elongated butts. Think of, say, Laura Dern as an example. It doesn't necessarily mean they're big or flabby, just elongated.

I've made another observation about elongated butt women but it's a little too technical and graphic for the middle of the store. I'm no Pumpy and the proper language for such a description eludes me.
