How not to call a game 101: Jerry Allen

"Back to pass (who), got a man (who), caught (where) area of field and yard marker, he could go (why) and finally, he's tackled or run out of bounds (by who and where). Just dreadful play by play maybe the worst in history. There are fans complaining about the crew for Saturday and saying they'll just listen to Jerry. You're watching the game and you need Jerry? FFS.

I'm just assuming that Jerry & Jorgy do not have spotters. Last Saturday I picked up a game while driving and the play by play guy was so descriptive that it was like you were there.

I thought of Jerry and how Oregon fans have been subjected to well below average play by play for decades. But you just can't match Jerry's love and enthusiasm for Oregon. You just can't.
