I keep grazing to a minimum. I am a carnivore. A salad here and there and a few veggies is OK but meat is what I eat. I like bread but avoid it mostly. I absolutely have to have pasta and pizza occasionally.
I read an interesting article some years back. Archeologists had done a dig on a village in Europe. They went through the layers and the bones. When the village switched from hunter gatherer to agrarian they shrunk four inches in height! No thanks!
