Notwithstanding inflation, 20% isn't going to move the needle if your comp is salary-based. Equity is king.

Dazzler should be running a hedge fund. No one has timed and shorted the market with greater success than the Dazzler. He makes a HUGE killing ever time the market tanks.

Eh I put a bonus in last week. Probably down a bit. Whatevs. Not like I'm planning on using that for 20 years
