Wasn’t he a wr coach years back here? I imagine it’s difficult to get a true OC since he will be handcuffed. LIPO, better that Carrol imo
 
Don't think I'm breaking new ground but I'm 100% sure no real OC is taking the job as a fake OC in title only. The positive is that it's possible they knew this was coming and the money they save in losing Carroll and just doing an internal hire could have helped hire a DC like Walters.
