I'll keep this as short as possible. . . but am absolutely fucking baffled.

The fans of doogman claim to "bleed purple and gold" and are die hard Dawgs (i.e. army of doogs). Yet, they bash our new coach, and have low expectations, not only for this year, but fear a downturn afterward?

And they brag about Steve Sarkisian - the "coach" that just left us for another conference team?

And they won't get behind a new coach that is 92-12, and passed up multiple jobs, numerous times, so that he could arrive at UW at the right time?

They'd rather act like bitches and say, "I'll believe it when I see it."

Meanwhile, their teen idol didn't do shit, yet they believe much differently.

Fuck the Citrus Trio - what the FUCK is wrong with the rest of them?

They're "doogs for life," in "an army of fags," and they can't get behind the new regime.

I understand they don't know shit about football, but isn't blind loyalty supposed to be "blind?"

The issue is really two-fold. One is the source of the information. The second is how well people are able to critically assess the information and judge for yourself.

Many of the people who subscribe to and post on Dawgman depend on that website for their Husky football news. Why would you dish out money or go to other websites when you're already paying for these services and have access to inside information? Since the information they receive is controlled by Dawgman, there's no doubt that the bias in their reporting has influenced how they view Sark and Pete.

However, that doesn't excuse people from readily accepting their positions. People should be able to take information from Dawgman and come to their own conclusions. "Petersen hasn't recruited at the Pac-12 level yet". Okay, that's fine, that's opinion, but has he had the opportunity to recruit at the Pac-12 level yet? Doesn't the school dictate the baseline level of recruiting? I mean, look at Urban Meyer between Utah, Florida and tOSU. Or Brady Hoke form SDSU to Michigan. Anyone here would be able to look at that information and call bullshit and be able to have evidence to support our claim. However, many of these doogs don't think for themselves and take this information as fact and accept it as their own.

People should be excited about Husky football and should be excited about Petersen and what he's accomplished as a coach and as a person. The fact that you have people like this who are against Petersen is the result of controlled information and people refusing to think for themselves.

The second part about them not being able to think critically comes down to the fact that they are fucking morons. We know this is true because you'd have to be a moron to not only use dm.c as your source of information, but also PAY FOR IT!

This is 2014, so people should be aware of how the internet works. The army of doogs have to realize that other websites exist, yet they choose to subscribe to doogman. And don't tell me they are too old to know better....if Tailgater can figure it out, any of those fucksticks can.

Nope, I think they are just idiots who feel warm and cozy in the fruit basket of lies, and they will gladly felch information from the lemon party trio and believe it to be the truth.

Peterman may end up sucking ass (although I HIGHLY doubt it given his track record)... But when when you are already to build a statue for some Armenian fat fuck who gave you absolutely nothing to your program yet you can't get behind a coach who has already brought a way worse program way more notable wins than said something is off.

The thing is though is those guys have 0 info. Look at Budda Baker's recruitment. He was always coming to UW until he wasn't and he was never coming to UW until he was.

Many others here have said this before; it's the lack of access that's the subtext to much of this crap. It's more obvious everyday that DM is not getting fed insider info. Maybe this is an inane attempt to shame themselves into more access but it ain't gonna work.

We already know Fetters will die soon of heart failure. Perhaps losing his life partner will cause Kim to drink even more, thus accelerating his livers rejection of the rest of his body - then the world will have harmony.
