The contracts explicitly say they aren’t pay for play or employment contracts. That’s where you get into a weird argument over damages for breach. How can Duke say that they’ve been damaged for losing it’s quarterback when it’s contract makes no mention of him actually playing football? If this goes the distance, Im predicting it doesn’t end the way Duke thinks it will.
