Show me in the Constitution where Americans have a right to know how their tax dollars are spent.
Yep. We had obama/dementia patient District Court judges telling the US taxpayer that the Executive Branch could not oversee and review federal bureaucracy programs and spending. Sort of a tell about how concerned they were/are about government fraud and waste.
Years ago, I was working with a customer to upgrade some older equipment to a newer technology. He refused and basically had no good reason, it would reduce cost, increase functionality, and be easier to repair. No dice, he wasn't going to even talk about it.
Two years after I left the account I read about the same guy being accused of embezzlement of over $20M from his company. He set up a distributor in San Diego (customer was in Atlanta) and was running phony purchase orders through them. He knew upgrading the technology would expose his scam because he would have been requirted to go through a different vendor.
