Because I'm an actual centrist and am accustomed to getting my income scraped living in California most of my life, I’ve always been as "ok" as an American can be with paying taxes.
I could live donking off 40% WITH the expectation services, roads, infrastructure were nice as shit. No homeless, safe public spaces with bad ass tech and interesting architecture.
