Because I think he will. Nobody wants to see Oregon succeed at anything. But is this good for the conference? Helfrich is actually going to give Thomas the ball unlike Kelly.

I thought DAT would be in the downtown Athletic Club last year. Kelly didn't give him the ball enough obviously. I'm calling it again this year, however this time I think he'll actually win it. Unless they give it to the prom King (AJ McCarron) Kinda like Genome Torretta or that fungus from Oklahoma.
 
11 of the past 12 winners have been QB's. I really doubt DAT will win, and honestly, Marriotta probably has a better chance.
