After your first kid if you want to continue receiving welfare you need to submit to a Norplant implant.

Choice is yours, but the taxpayers shouldn’t be on the hook for your irresponsible behavior.

 
If welfare, SNAP, and general assistance dried up for sluts who have 4 kids with 3 or 4 men, people would actually be a little more responsible and maybe try to have a family. I believe there should be assistance for those who need it, but not for people who just game the system for decades.

Not a fan of Government forcing anything on someone. Just don't provide the welfare incentive in the first place.
 
You can get welfare for 12 months then it's over. We have a massive dependent class who are happy to live at that level.
 
I'd rather consider some form of lifetime welfare amount for every CITIZEN. If you draw from it during the course of your lifetime, so be it. Everybody hits speed bumps now and again. Some navigate better than others.

If you don't draw on it, then you cash out at retirement and ride off into the sunset with your windfall.

If you do draw on it and run out, tough shit. You lose.
