When the oline is playing like this you need what DJ has. Vision. He looks pretty average in his speed and quickness to me but he's just getting 90% of what's available on his runs
 
I am happy to see Johnson putting it together (or just healthy). I’m probably a little more high on Tybo.

Crazy that Newton is basically at walk-on level now.

Pretty sure I broke down DJ(not Derick Johnson) here already and said what Leach had to say but also said he’s a powerful runner, hope he helps this team and the best to him…and got a fuck off or three early on(maybe one, idk, but wasn’t received well)…

Well, glad he’s done well and hope he continues running over WA adversaries…..

Its possible RB DJ didnt want to get brain damage for a 7-5 season for the MS DAWGS but now that he has a chance for some hardware hes ready to give up a ligiment or two for the WA DAWGS

Neh, think our Pod Pirate pissed him off for lack of effort and now he’s putting out. I really haven’t watched at WA but he has it in him, perhaps, to run over a PAC or B1G guysm.

Dude, he was the starter until the injury. He was going to get snaps. We’re finally seeing some semi-acceptable run game results as the rush protection and RB’s are jelling. Guys that were complete jags the first few games are getting chins now. If Cam was outperforming them all in camp I’m positive he would’ve gotten more than his fair share of snaps.
 
Why Dick Newton is still on the team and didnt transfer is beyond me

Guy could probably tear up the MWC or Big Sky

Instead he's in his 7th year riding the pine after getting significant reps in the Alamo Bowl

Maybe he just likes it here

Sam Adams is 5th on the depth chart with a healthy Cam Davis
