I did watch Hail State a time or two. Comments were that Leach was running the ball more. They had two backs. Quite honestly I couldn't tell you much more

I saw them win the Egg Bowl and lose to Bama. That's when I usually see them play

I think that's the key. Deboer likes utility backs. He's a good fit and an athletic upgrade.
 
Sorta looks like Newton to me. I don't know, I'm not full mast on this guy, but if he can be a Papa replacement that's ok.

Inefficient running style, nothing smooth about it, almost like he's stomping around and not really going anywhere. I think the pass pro and catching ability will really come into play. Sorta hope someone else steps up if i'm honest about it.
