I doubt they have that many actual paying users. They probably inflate the number to include all of the people that have tried their service and signed up through throw-away emails.

I'd guess only a couple Million actual paying users at any point in time, with a fairly high churn rate (yes, I used to do analytics for a subscription based service).
 
I doubt many of their users, used their main email, most folks have a few burner emails for stuff like this.
