Yall need to do one more podcast before Jan 25th. I have to run a marathon and the Podcast is the #1 go-to for listening. Sometimes the combination of a good joke and the 5 goo packets I just ate will result in me shitting myself. I can't give that up.
Oddly enough Mrs Chest did a half marathon last year and she was using my iPod which had our casts on it. One of them started playing and she said it gave her a boost.
