That interview honestly makes it sound like Jimmy wants to be the OC himself with a designated play caller.

This is my hope, and I heard Jimmy say a couple things that indicate it might have a glimmer of hope. Him saying he wants to root for the offense and be involved gives hope, but he also has said that Donovan has 100% complete control. I can dream what's referenced below is coach speak bullshit, just what you have to say when you hire a placeholder.
