There are miles upon miles of munition bunkers as far as the eye can see.

I drive through Hawthorne fairly often. We have numerous facilities like it around the country. I liked it better when big flashing "explosive laden trucks" direction signs were up! Many roads around that area have "no explosive laden trucks{" street signs.
