I am sure Dennis could talk about this on a much deeper level, but Pete also has a boat. Pete isn’t rolling around in a purple charger with that horsepower. It’s much easier to say “don’t post shit like that” to something you don’t get or understand.

There is a difference and it is a great sign for Pete loosening the reigns on his recruiting.

But yes, if we have to think like rational adults I’ve heard that what once was considered shit holes is now becoming prime real estate due to the ever fucked pricing that is the Seattle.
