The State is almost assuredly going to lose. Religious exemptions are doing pretty well in the courts I believe. Rolo going to get paid millions to do nothing. And not have to live in Pullman. Best trick ever.

If Rolo is the martyr we want him to be, he takes it the whole way, no settlement and everything public along the way.

If he’s like Bernie or myself he takes the quick settlement payday in exchange for the burial of what really happened.
