It’s not for girls. It’s just the attention in general they crave. The problem is, if they aren’t really, really good college players, nobody will give a shit about them.

Nobody gives a shit about probably 80% of NFL players. I would say 20-25% make any real money (six figures and above) off their name and brand for advertisements and product.

This is what scares me about Jimmy. Being a head coach is a much different skill-set than being a position coach or coordinator...one of which is being a hiring/managing.

And it’s not like it’s a skill you suddenly get better at...
