When's the sentencing for the case the appeal court said they had no idea how he charged him since there was never an underlying felony charge to reactivate the misdemeanors enacted by a special law that was passed to target Trump but you do you!

The charging document doesn't reference any federal law and neither did the state's closing argument or the judge's jury instructions.
