The issue is the sale of a legal product that everyone knows is harmful the manufacturer's problem? Legal means its legal. If Team Dazzler thinks it should be illegal, then do it. Or tax it. I've known hundreds of smokers and I don't know of one that thought it was healthy and should be made illegal. As for the manufacture and sale of gasoline, any user is just as "guilty" of killing the planet as Chevron. Pony up dazzler, it's the right thing to do and we know how much that matters to you.

In the Dazzler's world, sugar, fats, guns, alcohol, etc. would all be sued out of existence. That's what the oil and gas lawsuit is all about. Don't have the votes to make it illegal or get a huge national carbon tax, so just get a dirty judge and jury and let 13 people make up the rules instead of a state legislature or US Congress.

Where have I defended lying? I said people knew the truth. No one made them smoke or use gasoline or electricity. It was Team Dazzler that lied about Trump and Russian collusion.
