DeBoer on KJR basically says UW low-balled him

cheaper cost of living, center of the nations hottest recruiting bed, admin that cares, and more money. Am I missing something?
It's the dirty souf.
You don't want to see a dirty, rainy night in bumfuck Alabama. You just don't.
Note...I have not. It's just what I'm hearing.
when you’re working 80-90 hour weeks, I don’t think you notice the weather.
It's not really about the weather. I just threw some oft repeated HH lingo into a useless post about something IDGAF about. It made me smile.

very convenient to blame UW, once he switched to sexton it was over
I tend to believe this but I don't think he's completely lying either.
My issue, as the jilted ex-boyfriend, is that he negotiated with Bama before UW's season was over
fucking fat lying piece of shit Dutchman.
You're madson because he's a great coach. Oregon fans were fucking rejoicing when we? got $10,000,000 from Miami for Meat. Nobody is upset when their ugly unemployed girlfriend wants to fuck someone else. I mean, I never have been anyway.
I spent north of $5k and that gutless piece of shit had been interviewing for a new job before the biggest game of his career. I still believe the players knew which caused the dwags to no-show. Forever fuck that piece of shit and shove that gobble guck response up your ass.

I think there are scenarios in 2023 where if Alabama wants UW's coach that he still stays at UW but they're pretty rare if the guy has no connection to the program or region. The fact that he might have been distracted for the Michigan game and games post-Oregon game 1 where they struggled with teams they should have blown out is the big problem.

I thought the well publicized extension came around OSU game, players knew at that point he wasn’t interested and we laid a turd in the apple cup. we regrouped when the players decided to play for themselves.

Time flies. I was on the remodel of Ty's office. And the new crew house which is probably old now too

Yeah. Bama has 18 national championships. The next highest school is 8.
Even Bama's "down" decade they won a Natty.
"Admin cares", it's more like almost all of the B1G coaches bragged about their players grades and All-Academic status (Lanning brought up community service stuff as well) and yet Bama doesn't give a single fuck about any of it. Georgia's players can't stay out of trouble and seemingly nothing bad will happen over it. Look at how DeBoer handled Tybo, he's not interested in being Petersen.

$10.85 mil at Alabama is probably $14 mil here. Both offers were low.
Plus probably multiple more millions in perks from boosters. Saban hasn't had to make a car or house payment in 20 years. And what were the incentives/bonuses/guarantees, etc.
The whole thing sucks and a part of me wishes he'd stayed UW because I don't ever want to see shit like this go down, but if Oregon had lost Lanning, Fisch would probably be their coach right now.
Well now you’ve finally posted something to laugh about
Have we ever considered DeBoer left because he's scared of Lanning and that he's bring the SEC to the west coast?
Maybe DeBoer wanted to bring the west coast to the SEC.

I’ve been there for that. It’s as bad as you’d imagine. Soaking wet, 90% humidity and 85 feeling like 105.

The HCH narrative: The coach quit so the players had to. JFC. Imagine mental strength being part of winning.

I don't think anyone has ever accused the players of quitting. I think people have thought they played sloppy and game plans were questionable. Players who are trying to get to the NFL would make no sense whatsoever. Everywhere I've ever worked everyone pretty much picks up on when something is going on with leadership and it always affects how everyone works and behaves.

Yeah I don't think anyone really thinks the players quit. Even the coaches didn't quit. That word may get used but only for the sake of brevity. The truth is they just played like shit.
It seems like Deboer was all but gone after he didn't get the right offer in Oxtober and it's natural to speculate that it reflected into the team's performance.

It’s funny that y’all think it was about dollars. It was about taking a top 3 job in the Country over staying with a half share team that is projected to finish in the middle of the pac (lol) in the Big 10.

At the end of the season, no shit. Those were not the circumstances in October. Try and keep up, Cuog.

I mean WSU fans have been predicting doom and gloom for UW for what, 6-7+ years now?
And we just keep getting good coaches and making good football decisions. One bad hire was gone after less than 2 seasons. In the big boy conference now. National Title appearance, Forever Trophy. It's just going to keep going.
At this point Wazzu just needs look inward and get ready for their big tim schedule coming up.
