Davon Banks, 2021 3* DB, San Jacinto (HS), CA (Committed)

6” 180 runs a 10.78 apparently? Not a bad depth guy.
There's no way he's 6' or 180.

I think that's what his 247 lists him at, but yeah, not on tape.
He was listed at 5"10, 155 yesterday.

Hopefully 247 is adjusting based on UW camp numbers butt he looks tiny as hell on tape.

If 6' 180 is at all accurate he is a much better get.

If he's growing 2" and 25 pounds per day everyday, he'll be a monster by his senior year. Literally a monster.

Small guys can be amazing too. I'd rather he have the same jets and look like a monster, but I also prefer a guy like this to a 6'2", 215lb receiver with 4.7 speed.

I'm not saying he'll be good. Don't twist.

My wife does not agree

I think this kid will be a factor at some point. He didn’t play his junior year and had Covid bullshit going on when he recovered.

He showed his ability at a camp in front of the coaches and got an offer. It makes sense how he fell thru the cracks. Watching his highlights, he will have ball skills at DB (he’s also fast) and looks like a pretty good WR.

So he's a receiver now?

Trust the coaches

On this bored

I prefer armchair quarterback. Coaches get paid to be wrong all the time and I'm definitely not getting paid.

I feel like armchair quarterback and back seat driver are falling out of popular use

Keyboard coach and keyboard GM have risen in popularity, but really haven't become ubiquitous like the classics.
