I've never seen such bizarre game management. McKee spiking the ball three times in the final 38 seconds to stop the clock, even though they were down by 10 and every throw was dink and dunk. And then Cal tops it off by calling time out to ice the kicker with :05 left, even though Cal was up 27-17

Wait yes I have. I saw Jimmy Lake have his team punt with 2:00 left and no time outs when his team was down by 8 points
