Daniyel Ngata , 4* 2020 RB, Folsom, CA - arrived via portal

Looks like Clemson is taking a 3* RB who ran a 4.83, Clemson fans saying they may not have room for Daniyel.

Helps Michigan I guess

Is it a foregone conclusion that he is not coming here?

Daniyel's recruitment has been super quiet, so who knows. But it doesn't feel like he's coming here

Eklund's take (fwiw) is that Ngata is down UW's list a ways because he doesnt fit the type of RB they are looking for

Lol, if you you can't figure out how to use Daniyel's skillset maybe you shouldn't be a football coach

agreed

Lol what a crock of shit from Eklund. Since when do we have a "type" at running back? Look at all five of our scholarship backs, they all have different skillsets.

It’s going to be hilarious when Bijan and Sam live in fear of not getting reps behind good ol Dick Newton and Mcgrewber.

I actually noticed he semi announced his top 7 a week a ago when he retweeted 7 of his offers, but I didn't want to believe it

To be fair, we actually did stop recruiting him. The merits of that decision can definitely be debated.

i watched him in the california playoffs last year and to be honest, he didn't look as elite as his ranking. i'm okay with this miss.

Is he as good as or better than trey Lowe?

It's not a miss. It's a pass.

If you had Arizona State and Utah as the only remaining Pac 12 schools in this kid's final 5, you win.

His other 3 are A&M, Clemson (who I'm not sure he has a commitable offer from), and Okie State
