Nah. First, odds any guy turns into that are very remote.

Second, also true that having one bad OL is generally worse than having one bad LB. And harder to find good OL than good LB. Which is why in the NFL good OL are paid more than good off-ball LB: they're more valuable, IMO

One good OL doesn't do shit. A great tackle is harder to find than a great LB, but I disagree with that. What the fuck does NFL money have to do with anything? Was Khalid Barnes or Mason Foster more valuable?

After losing out on Tufono, Texas is starting to push for Heimuli.

Ektard says he wouldn't be surprised if he makes a decision before the season starts on 8/24, then immediately says he'd bet on him to wait until September or October.

He'll be committing to UW shortly.

Heimuli didn't take any official visits during the spring, though he took a number of unofficial visits, but he's locked in his first official visit and it will be after the season is over.

"I have set an official for December 14 for Washington," said Heimuli.

"Oregon, Washington and Alabama, I think are recruiting me the hardest right now. Washington and Oregon are calling me the most," said Heimuli. "But I think I have the best relationship with Coach (Bob) Gregory from Washington and Coach (Don) Pellum from UCLA."

"My family and I are thinking about me deciding during December, so I may be taking it to signing day," said Heimuli. "So I am most likely going to sign in December."
 
UW, Nebraska, Ducks, UCLA, Bammer probable top 5. UW, Oregon recruiting him the hardest right now. Best relationships with sideshow Bob and UCLA coach. Only taking visits after the season, UW visit set for Dec 14.

Once Bama decides they want him next August it will be all over for the Dwags.
