In a way I feel for him, he's had a lot of turnover on his coaching staff the last few years yet the fans expectations are as high as ever. 1985 through 1988 wasn't that great for Don James but he came back stronger than ever.
 
Dabo is the Lou Holtz of this era. When you hear him speak you wonder how he ever won anything.
 
He won’t pay players or attack the transfer portal.

You can’t win big unless you do all of that more than anyone else.
