I don't know anything about ACL tears but I tore every ligament in my wrist from furious masturbation. It was a long healing process. My speed wasn't really affected but my dexterity was never the same. I expect the same is true for D Cooper
 
Isn't there someone on here who enjoyed too much abundance in Med School and dropped out but at least knows how much (or little) ACL tears effect straight-line speed?

another theory yet to be validated is that Cooper put on about 15 lbs of pure muscle since Ivan left has slowed him slightly.
