Someone on here called this perfectly. Said the rats would do exactly what she is saying she wants to do.
What a brilliant idea right? Let one of the key individuals who had a hand in fucking things up go ahead and rebuild in her of image of nirvana.
Imagine the level of arrogance it takes to not take any blame and then to control how things are rebuilt without the input of those who lost their homes due to her incompetence.
All that and the rats in CA will still vote for her, Newsome and all the other democrats. Noting will change.
