Curious about Condotta hate...

I have always though Condotta was a really good journalist and his blogs are fantastic. I know a lot of people call him "Condooga" but I never got the impression he was pro-Sark, in fact, I thought it was pretty obvious how neutral he was (especially since he was a WSU alum).

Was he different in the early Sark or Ty era? I have only been reading his blog for about 2 years or so.
 
Nothing wrong with Condotta. OK, so he went to WSU. But other than that, he's a damn good sports reporter. Nothing more. Nothing less.
 
Condooga never really cared for Husky football. He followed it and did a good job of reporting facts and figures. But as a Husky fan you would never get him to question or look at the deterioration of Husky football.
 
He got himself banned by Willingham basically, so he could be tough sometimes, but I thought he was pretty balanced. After his run in with Willingham, I think he became more careful with Sark. But I would not say pro-Sark.
 
He was a real chat Nazi during this Friday noon chats.

Hating on Doogman is fine, but if we're going to bash the best damn premium partner HuskyHalfBrains and HardcoreHusky ever had, IFO!

Condotta's work on the UW sports beat goes back at least to the Neuheisel years when his scandal mongering was of Pulitzer Prize dimension..... that is if Pulitzer ever cared. Condotta during his time reporting on Husky Football was either the Snitch or the Snitch's bitch blowing the whistle (and probably other things) on faux violations that ultimately enhanced Neu's pocket with $2 million from the NCAA and $2.5 million from the UW for wrongful firing. It is the ultimate insult to Husky Football that The Seattle Times saw fit to keep Condotta on the Husky beat well after Summer 2003, when all parties including the Snitch (and Snitch's bitch) involved in the Neu firing follies shit on themselves. Condotta then followed his sewer quality work through the Gilby-Tyrone decline to 0-12 and the traveling Sark clown show. Rather than a "Condooga", he's been more like a condicka.
