Imagine the stress to recruit elite all the time? Like our coaches only have Dennis and Coker to deal with, but at Bama they have Saban constantly breathing down their neck (because he gets it).

Imagine being so bad at one aspect of your job that your boss can’t stand to keep you any more, but simultaneously so good at another aspect of your job that your boss can’t risk letting you go to a competitor, so your boss ultimately uses his connections to send you to a completely separate industry.
