Looking ahead to future schedules, UW still has openings for 2016, 2017, and from 2019 onward. There has been a noticable shift in the perception of OOC games now with the new CFP, and teams are starting to strengthen their OOC schedules in order to improve their chances of being in the top 4 when the season is over.

Right now, our future schedules look like this:

2015:
@ Boise State
Sacramento State
Utah State

2016:
Rutgers
Portland State
(OPEN)

2017:
@ Rutgers
Montana
(OPEN)

2018:
Wisconsin
Nevada
North Dakota

2019:
Hawaii
Eastern Washington
(OPEN)

From the looks of it, it seems as though the UW AD wants to schedule 3 OOC home games on even numbered years (this season, 2016, 2018, etc) and is willing to travel for 1 OOC game on odd numbered years. We could schedule a home-and-home with another Power 5 conference team for 2016/17, which would give us 6 home games in 2016 and 7 home games in 2017. Or, since we already have a Big 10 opponent and D1-AA team (GFDI), we could always add Idaho or some MWC team to get 7 home games for both years. There's also the possibility of scheduling a home-and-home for 2017 and 2019 since we already have 7 home games scheduled for 2019 and probably won't go up to 8.

Also, this isn't a poll to ask who do you want to see, but one where you predict which conference you'll see. We already have D1-AA teams scheduled for every year until 2019, so they won't be present in the poll.

Janet's hearing Sun Belt.

Y'all like to throw around "dreckfest," but we ain't seen dreck yet. Wow. The 2017 AoG Bowl vs. Montana is more compelling than Rootgers.

Even with the new playoff system, W-L record is >>>>>>>>>>>>>> SOS, so I think we will continue to see dreckfest OOC scheduling until there is more incentive to schedule quality opponents.

I change my vote...quick glance at the schedules means most the shitty Power 5 teams have already scheduled creampuffs or paydays, which means we either have to schedule a really good team or JV. So I'm guessing American Conference.
