Core Inflation Rises in June!!!

We already went over the CPI from June weeks ago. This one is below that one.
 
This is going the wrong way. And we’ve got financial geniuses (snicker) on this board that want to cut interest rates into a hot economy.
Here’s the thing, we’re not done with tariffs yet. This thing will continue to rise. Companies are just using up the inventory they purchased before the tariffs took effect. Now let’s really get ready to rock.
 
I’ve been on record for months saying that rate cutting isn’t the greatest idea. If we get spending under control and over deliver on tax receipts (which would happen at 3% growth) then it’s worth talking about.
