I thought we were going to hire Jim Mora when @RaceBannon said so.

I remember where I was when Race announced Mora to UW was a done deal. Even celebrated it with my friend.

I didn't think Willingham was a complete piece of shit the day he was hired.

I thought Locker was a good enough QB to right the ship.

I continued to wear a Husky hat and sweatshirt every time I fished even through the darkest of the dark years.

I watched the UO Auburn game at a Duck's house and thanked him for inviting me.

I am wearing a shirt with a purple W on it at work right now.
 
In 1978, when we were struggling at home against an ultimately 2-9 Whoregon team because our starting QB was Poorass and was wildly inconsistent...

and after consuming my 1/4 of a half gallon of Tequila in the stands...

after which I don't remember the walk back to the dorms but woke up in the laundry room at 11 pm...

I yelled out that Poorass and Don James must be butt fuckers since he refused to put in Flick.

Several players turned and looked at my drunk ass.

Didn't even get thrown out.

Didn't have to be Nebraska classy back then.

(And yes, I am that fucking old)

I hate money and have continued paying for season tickets since I graduated in 90. I'm up to 8 now. And I only do it because I know the first season I miss any home games is the year they'll turn it around. FML

I thought Willingham had gotten a raw deal at ND too. I figured worst case we'd be 6-6 or 7-5 with an occasional Rose Bowel.

I thought the same thing about Sark, but also that he would be a great recruiter.

I think Pete is the guy, and I'm likely to be disproven this weekend.

Locker gave me a chubby....Longduckdong claims I used the term "barrel chested" when describing our OL in '08. I don't remember this.....I was all in on Sark and didn't see any of the signs until it was way too late......if you weren't Tyee you had no reason to bitch about anything.

Holy shit, I had completely forgot about brentsFS. He was right up there with S14aFS, KirkjonesDoog and KrisVashonFS (or whatever the fuck his/her name was). That guy was the doogliest of doogs before the word doog was even invented.

Sad thing is if he was still poasting, he'd probably be one of doogman's more "reasonable" poasters. I've even seen S14aFS call out the CEO a couple times.
