i like to put 'announcements' regarding husky football games on the general bored ('general discussions') instead of the hardcore husky board ('chat about husky sports').

It's in the program that any stories posted on the front page will be announced in General. I don't know why, and our designer says that it's hard wired that way, because I wanted them posted to the Husky Football board. I find that odd, but haven't gone to the ends of earth to correct that yet.

RoadDawg really picks the tone of the first half I believe. We come out on fire, maybe get 14 in the first quarter.

Then reality sets in.......Shark at the helm. The second half turns into a slow motion sleep walk; the team goes flat, particularly the offense which abondons the run. The defense proves to be just average and can't hold on. The Dawgs fold like the house of cards they are. (The offense has a top-end of 24 points against a decent defense.) The Donkeys win by 3 - 7 points.

UW hiring Adrian Klemm from ucla because dan cozzetto was mauled by a grizzly bear - an example of another topic appropriate for the front page.
