I've never said he couldn't do it....you guys are just putting words in my mouth. What I've said and have been saying is that this isn't the WAC anymore and to win consistently you have to consistently recruit these type of guys. Is this a great start? Yes....but let's see if he can sustain it.
Petersen didnt recruit just "WAC" guys at Boise. He had more NFL draft picks th a n Sark. One of you basement losers like J can do the research. I know Peter had 18 players drafted at BSU, he had o-linemen drafted, 1 very high. Doug Martin went 1st round etc.... Dizzly is the perfect example of a Petersen recruit at Boise. Nobody wanted him, now he'll be a 3-year starter at UW, 1st-2nd all league, and a 1st-2nd day Draft Pick. So fuck your WAC theory dude.
Petersen never pulled top rated classes with 5* recruits at Boise.
He developed his players.
