@BearsWiin — One of the OG rival posters, maybe THE OG. Since early Dawgman, BW was there for the rise of Cal under Tedford (and their subsequent downfall). Wildly intelligent and full of dry, cynical humor, BW loves to recant past tales of working in Hollywood on films like Terminator 2 and The Room. He doesn’t post as much as he used to, but he’s part of the inner circle of some of the old timers on HH. Is a Cal fan, though. Yikes.

@Edwin_Bambino — A chill, SF-dwelling hipster. Has solid contributions on several forums here, including TBS. Smoker of the marijuana. Player of the saxophone. Lover of the cajun food. Never one to refuse an opportunity to help others. After polling 17 random HH members, none had a negative thing to say about him.
 
Bearswiin is more memorable, but Edwin has given me a few upvotes. Bears has never given me shit. Not even dimes. Fucker.
 
Back in 1923, Cal's row boat program was on the verge of selling the couch. Washington, needing to keep someone good on the west coast as a whipping boi, sent our? former coxswain (class of '17) and @RaceBannon 's uncle, Ky Ebright, down to take over. His crews went on to win 3 Olympic gold medals (1928, 32 and 48) and they named the Cal Boathouse after him. Ebright is probably second only to Andy Smith as the greatest Cal coach of all time in any sport and he was a Husky. So whether he likes it or not, @BearsWiin is part Dwag!!

I did make a pilgrimage to the UW boathouse on August 19 1991 when checking out grad schools

Jack Clark and Steve Gladstone were also dominant legendary Cal coaches

The old boathouse (in the 90s) was nothing speshial. The new one is a row boat (and football dining hall) palace. @Gladstone is the greatest row boat coach of the past 40 years. Tied for second are Harry Parker from Harvard and Mike Callahan at UW.
 
This one was tough. I can Identify with BearsWiin, being that we're not Doogs, but in the end, I went with the fellow runner.
