It's not like he has west coast ties even, he coached 2 years at boise/unlv 87-91 and the rest of his college days were at miami/east Carolina.

Bill would probably be a terrible college coach at any level tbh though, at least Pete has youth(ful) energy and would butter parents up.
And Steve (outside LB coach) was passed up for DC by new HC mayo (former ilb coach and DC), for the fucking ST coach
