Why wasn't he charged and prosecuted? If they don't have the proof for that they don't have proof to keep him out. I like Pam Bondi better so Goetz isn't important to me. This was a whole blackmail scheme IIRC. Blackmailers aren't paragons of truth either.

We have more than substantial evidence that the dementia patient isn't the president and isn't pardoning anyone. If the dems don't think that Gaetz isn't competent enough to be attorney general, fine. But then get rid of all the corruption and rot in the Justice Department starting with Garland.
