People understand, they just have no idea how to scout the position. Having a big leg and being able to make a bunch of kicks in practice is still a shitty predictor for what will happen in a game. It's just impossible to scout the mental side.
ATBS (JBS!), signing a kicker who is 3 for 8 in high school seems like asking to fail. Sigh.
