Chauvin needs a new trial

Daddy didn't do it.
Chauvin didn't do it.
The January 6 insurrectionists didn't do it.
There might be a pattern here.

Reasonable doubt, as in, I doubt the jury was ever safe from being intimidated into a guilty decision.
Citizens have the constitutional right to protest outside a courthouse. Even a congresswoman has that right. No one should try to curtail the First Amendment. The correct constitutional approach is to permit protests while insulating the jury from them. Sequestration strikes the appropriate constructional balance between the right of protesters to demand convictions and the right of a defendant to a fair trial that is uninfluenced by those same demands.

The Jury Was 'Under Extraordinary Pressure' To Convict Chauvin

Oh no! For the first time in American history, people felt strongly about a criminal trial.
Let's just throw the verdict out. Obviously.

Only idiots felt strongly. Just unhinged morons like you that think men are also women and vice versa. Did you do the purple hair today? All three hairs are striking I'm sure.

Anyway Chauvin didn't murder anyone while helping St George find heaven

I don't think he caused it because the autopsy says he didn't
Being high as fuck and resisting killed the Saint
And a rigged system and democrats crying over another thug
But H already approved of intimidating the jury. Like a good commie

And they both concluded he was killed by law enforcement.
Official autopsy
  • Cause of Death: "Cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression".
Independent autopsy
  • Cause of Death: "Asphyxia due to neck and back compression that led to a lack of blood flow to the brain".
George Floyd didn't choke himself out. Someone else did that for him. It really is that simple.
I'll come back in a week to say this again for the fourth time.

Who was compressing his neck while in the car? He couldn't breath because of the fentanyl. No fentanyl no death. You chase a suspect and he has a heart attack while running. Ugly says this is murder. That isn't how the law works. You are allowed to use reasonable force which is what occurred. Reasonable as taught by the super leftard Minneapolis police department. Just come out and say if you resist arrest the police have to let you go.

Both autopsies judged that it was homicide, not murder. They don't judge murder. Do you know the difference? Take it up with the medical examiners.
The official autopsy noted that contributing factors (fentanyl, heart disease) may have made Floyd more susceptible (just like Grandma would be) but they did not cause his death. The independent autopsy didn't cite these contributing factors at all.
It was up to a trial jury to rule this homicide was murder. That part is actually somewhat debatable. That's what trials are for. Take it up with the jury.
Back to the point, there is no debate that it was a homicide by cop. Floyd didn't strangle himself. It really is that simple.
