What does the chart say for 1:21 ?

He does know that it is possible to take a 4th down snap and run off three or four seconds, doesn't he?

True, it would resulted in a win with ~100% certainty. However, we've seen this script enough times to know that the risk/reward ratio isn't worth it.

That said, the fact that you can't get a single first down (or not turn the fucking ball over) on a team the you've dominated up and down the field speaks volumes on the types of losers this current "program" is.
