So the guy who attacked Chappelle was charged with attempted murder for a December stabbing. Of course he was out and roaming the streets because it's liberal California and he was only charged with a misdemeanor for the attack on Chappelle even though he was armed with a knife.

Name ONE mass murder who was let out of jail.
They couldn’t find him in December. I doubt he would have been on the streets if they had, although you never know.
