Congrats ESPN. Way to spend an entire month talking nonstop about two obvious blowouts.

The playoff has turned the rose bowl and all of the other bcs bowls into an afterthought.

Can't wait for everyone to obsess over who will get the chance to get their brains beaten in by bama Clemson or georgia next year

While it would be nice for college football for him to go back to the pros, I bet Saban will let it ride at Alabama. Why mess with success?

He wasn't. He was garbage at Miami. Different skill set. Some of the guys you're yelling at make more $$ than you, and aren't 21 or younger. And the egos are massive enuff to compete with the HC. From an outsider's observation, Saban is an emotional guy who takes things personally. Bad combo for the NFL, which stands for "Not For Long" for good reason. All bidness all the tim.
 
Saban has full control and all the financial support he needs. He could have gotten more at Texas, but they would have wanted to be too involved in the process. Now Bama is in perpetual motion and he just has to make sure nothing stops it
