Cedar board collage

So, the collection of cedar boards (1x4's, I think) with a slogan (...WHO WEAR THE PURPLE AND GOLD). We see recruits pictured in front of that thing all the time. Am I the only one who thinks it looks kind of high schoolish and cheesy? I'm pretty sure I could whip up better one than that after a quick trip to Lowe's and a few minutes with my old wood burning kit from 6th grade. I fully realize everybody else may consider our collage to be a classic representation of Husky football (WOOF!) and am fully prepared to face the resultant ridicule.
