She bought homes in predominantly white neighborhoods. Bought all of them where there are hardly any black Americans living. Why not Atlanta? St Louis? Chicago? Detroit?

It's not as if there are no predominantly black neighborhoods in LA that aren't shit holes. Yes crime is higher in those areas but they're not Compton.
